Holiday House Villa Mlini was built in the 16th century in Gothic-Renaissance style and it witnessed many important historical events. The villa was rebuilt under the detailed monitoring of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments of the Republic of Croatia because of its historical value. This stone beauty, surrounded by powerful, centuries-old stone walls, offers complete privacy for its guests. The villa is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday relaxing in a luxurious private area close to the sea, as well as for those who want to enjoy themselves in the spacious and elegant spaces of this magnificent edifice.
Holiday House Villa Mlini occupies a property of 1280 m², where 1100 m² belong to the luxurious garden and the residence itself (180m²). The villa is spread over three floors: the basement, the ground floor and the first floor.
Holiday House Villa Mlini has 4 bedrooms, 8 (+2) beds, 4 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for about 10 people.
A centennial stone staircase leads into the property of this beautiful summer residence, surrounded by stonewalls. In the basement of Villa Mlini, there is a storage room and a room with a washing machine, ironing facilities, toilet and a garage (30 m²). The basement and the ground floor of the villa are connected by an internal staircase.
On the first floor of the villa, which is the space for daily socializing and relaxation, there is a hallway that leads you into a spacious living room furnished with antique furniture. On the other hand, this room is also equipped with all the modern technology needed for modern times. From the living room, you enter the sun-bathed and airy space in which a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with a table and chairs for 6 people are situated. From the kitchen and the dining room, you can step onto a large stone terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people, where you will certainly spend memorable evenings. From the terrace, you can go directly into the garden, where there is a grill for preparing specialties.
The first floor of this luxury villa is connected to the ground level with an external staircase, and is intended for rest and relaxation. The interior of this level is designed to give the bedrooms a charming and romantic atmosphere: there are 4 bedrooms furnished with double beds; one with two connected beds that can be separated. The two bedrooms can also provide an extra bed for a child. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a magnificent view of the sea.
Special attention of Villa Mlini is given to its sumptuous exterior with a spacious and carefully landscaped exotic garden (over 1100 m²), terraces and outdoor seating. There are also tall and stunning palm trees, lemon trees, orange trees, cactus, numerous seasonal flowers and plenty of Mediterranean herbs, which make the area ideal for daily socializing and enjoying the delicacies prepared on the nearby grill.
Holiday House Villa Mlini is fully air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with LCD satellite TVs, CD and DVD players and Internet access. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, range hood, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and teapot. The villa also has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, while baby cots (2) and high chair for a baby are available upon request. The villa has 2 secured parking spaces.
