In this part of the villa, by the sea, there is one bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. Also, on this floor there is a covered terrace with comfortable seating, lined with Dalmatian stone and with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
A stone staircase leads to the entrance to the ground floor of the villa where there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and 2 bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms with shower. Guests from the ground floor can go out on the terrace where there is a covered relaxation area with seating, and on a separate terrace there is an outdoor dining table for 12 people.
On one of the terraces on this level of the villa there is a swimming pool (7m x 3.3m x 1.35m) with sun loungers where guests can relax and fully enjoy their summer vacation.
We climb the stairs to the first floor where there is a fully equipped kitchen with an indoor wood burning fireplace and a large dining table for 14 people. The kitchen is connected to a comfortable living room with sofas, and this whole space has access to an outdoor terrace with seating. From the terrace you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the sea and the Mediterranean landscape. On this floor there are three more bedrooms with king size bed and exit to the balcony and two bathrooms with shower.
The luxurious Villa Anemos is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The villa also has washing machine and dryer, laundry iron and a safe. A feeder and cot are available for guests coming with children. Parking is provided for guests within the villa.
