The living space is divided into two sections: one side consists of the living room, while the other features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island with five bar stools, cooktop, extractor hood, sink, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, spices, wine fridge, kitchen utensils, glasses, and tableware, along with a dining table for 10 people. Large glass walls open to the covered outdoor dining area, providing easy access to the main kitchen for meal preparation and serving.
From the living area, a staircase leads to level -1, where there is a bedroom that can accommodate a nanny. This fully air-conditioned double bedroom with underfloor heating includes a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), wardrobe, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, safe, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. On this level, there is also a fully air-conditioned gym and an indoor Finnish sauna, as well as a guest toilet.
