Luxury Rooms and Apartment – Split Diocletian Palace is located within the historic Diocletian's Palace, on Split's prestigious Riva. Our apartment and rooms offer you a unique experience of staying in one of the most impressive historical locations in the world. Our residence is located on the south wall of the palace, overlooking the sea and Split's famous Riva. When you arrive in Split, just walk along Riva and find the street Obala Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda 9. Your accommodation awaits you two floors above, accessed via a wide stone staircase.

Upon entering the accommodation, the second room on the right is Split Diocletian Palace Room 2 (2+0) which you enter via a code you will receive from our team shortly before arrival. This 17 m2 room is air-conditioned, located on the south side of the palace, with two windows offering a beautiful view of Split's Riva and the Adriatic Sea.

The room can accommodate 2 people with one queen bed. The room offers a TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, basic cutlery, cups and glasses, a mini fridge, and en-suite bathroom with shower.


Upon entering the accommodation, the second room on the right is Split Diocletian Palace 2, which you enter via a code you will receive from our team shortly before arrival. This 17 m2 room is air-conditioned and located on the south side of the palace and offers a beautiful view of Split's Riva and the Adriatic Sea from the window.

The room is equipped with a queen-size bed, a wall-mounted satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, and a table with a small under-counter fridge, where you will find a small welcome package (2 waters and 2 beers). There is also a kettle, a filter coffee maker, cutlery and cups (for 2 people), water and wine glasses with a bottle opener, and plates and bowls for muesli, so you can enjoy a light snack at any time.

The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, and face and body towels. In the closet you will find a safe for the safety of your belongings.

Staying in this room, surrounded by the authentic stone walls of Diocletian's Palace, provides a unique experience of relaxation and Mediterranean elegance.

Got to stay with my family including 3 teenager in mid August. Do not be fooled by the entrance. This place on the inside is gorgeous. The view is impeccable. The cleanliness was to perfection. I adored the location on Split Riva. You are inside the Dioclecean palace walls. Minutes walk from anywhere interesting in Split. My only negative is some smell from one of the bathrooms. However, if you have ever been in a place this close to the sea you would know this is common. Loved it, would do it again

We found this property to be fantastic, it was part of the Diocletian Palace building. Very clean and the hosts were very attentive and provided a welcome drink which was very appreciated after the hot walk we had to the property from the Bus terminal on a very warm day. I would definitely recommend this property for its location with the stunning view of the water and the promenade.

The place was great, in the most perfect location in Split, with a really cool view, right on the Riva Promenade and inside the Dioceltian Palace, it was so easy to just walk out and be right in the midst of all that Split has to offer. It was very clean and beautifully designed, with some classy features, like the exposed stone wall, although the room is a little small for two people. We were concerned that it would be noisy given its location, but the windows were super tight and we never heard any noise from the restaurants below. We also appreciated the keyless entry, so we didn't need to worry about remembering to take the key with us. The host was responsive and helpful, even called us after we checked out to tell us that we left something behind. Overall, a great stay in Split!

Room is beautiful, clean and you have everything you might need during a short stay. Just the fact the building is part of Diocletian palace is amazing. Host is so nice, responsive and helpful.
