Search accommodation through the main search menu on our homepage. When you find the suitable accommodation, click on the “check in” and “check out” date. At that moment, you have at disposal 1 or 2 active options:
If your wanted accommodation is free in your requested period, which you will be able to see in the calendar, you can go ahead with option “BOOK” and then you will have the BOOK form at your disposal. Enter your personal details as well as the details of the other travelers in the reservation form. In this case, you can proceed to the selection of the payment method (Card or Bank transfer).
If you would like to pay via card, you are free to fill in the card form. The Agency receives the information about the deposit payment instantly and the Agency has the right to accept or decline the deposit payment in time within 24 hours in working days. As soon as your deposit payment is accepted, the Agency will send you an email with the document – the confirmation of your reservation.
If you would like to pay via Bank Transfer, the Agency will send you via email the offer with all the details of your reservation and the details of an account for making the bank transfer.
If you would like to book a chosen accommodation via option “INQUIRE” or you need any kind of assistance or you have any questions, the inquiries and accommodation reservations can be made via e-mail, in writing through the option “INQUIRE”. Our team will reply to you shortly with the offer for you; offer, suggestions and information you need.
2. Price quotation
On presentation of your chosen accommodation in the reservation form enter the main reservation details (check in and check out day) and then, in the reservation form, you will see the price quotation for the given period and number of persons. To continue the reservation process, click on the “BOOK” or ̋INQUIRE ̋ button. If your chosen accommodation has active special offer, it will be state in price quotation.
In order to confirm your reservation select a payment method and enter all necessary details.
After we receive the paid deposit, we will send you the confirmation for your booking - reservation and notice of receipt of the paid deposit, as well as the information about booked accommodation.
After we receive the total amount, we will send you a receipt and voucher as confirmation of the total amount you paid for the accommodation and/or other services.
