We had a great vacation at Vila Zlati Rat. It was very clean, and very pleasant property keepers. Nice private location and weather was great as well. There is quite some cats around the property because of an empty property slot besides the villa. But all the cats are well taken care of and keep the distance so it was not a problem. Strongly recommend if you are considering the villa / vacation in Bol.

The villa was gorgeous and the location perfect! The location was perfect! The villa is hidden in a beautiful and very quiet olive grove with outdoor dining with a gas BBQ, very comfortable accommodations, and a lovely pool. Steps away is the bustling promenade and famous Zlatni Rat beach with lots of activities, restaurants, and cafes.

Die Villa liegt an einer Top-Lage ca. 50 m oberhalb des berühmten Zlatni Rat Strandes. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig, man ist sehr privat und ohne Nachbarn. Ins Stadtzentrum spaziert man in gut 20 Minuten entlang der schönen und gepflegten Promenade, wo es immer wieder kleine Bars, Restaurants und Verkaufsstände gibt. Auch nachts problemlos. In Bol gibt es eine grosse Restaurant-Auswahl, wir haben nie gekocht, sind immer auswärts essen gegangen.

Very friendly and courteous hosts, always approachable and helpful, even via WhatsApp. There was a detailed show of the villa, where everything was shown and explained. There are two bicycles, one had little air, so Aron came by to bring a bicycle pump. We were even able to spontaneously book a chef in the house. The two chefs then cooked a three-course meal in our house and afterwards cleaned the kitchen again :-) Everything is there in the house, clean and of high quality. From sharp knives to towels for the beach and detergent. Even extra coffee and a bottle of red wine! The location is outstanding. Directly on the beach but through the olive grove, the part of the property is still private and no direct neighbors on either side. Nevertheless, only a few minutes' walk from the site. You walk along the beach through a pine avenue. Every day someone comes by in the morning and checks the pool (we were mostly sleeping at the time) and after a week you could have the beds freshly made. There is also the possibility of getting meat for the outdoor grill locally from Aron and Ines. An all-round luxury holiday that leaves nothing to be desired. Even the stray cats along the avenue are all friendly but unobtrusive :-). All are neutered (mark on the ear) and someone comes to feed them once a day. We were there at the beginning of April and were the first guests of the year. The pool isn't heated, so we weren't in it long :-) We had a few days of storms, but five of us had enough space inside to pass the time.

A beautiful villa, perfectly set back from the main strip to give a sense of privacy & seclusion but only a stones throw away from the beach. A home from home feel with added extras such as a bbq area & private pool. We highly recommend this villa yet also wish to keep it our secret!

We had a wonderful week in Villa Zlatni Rat. The beautiful house with swimming pool is perfect for a family with children. Special mention must be made of the location of the Villa. It offers the best possible starting point for the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic Sea - Zlatni Rat. The vineyards and olive groves in the surrounding area create an unforgettable Mediterranean idyll. In a word - exceptional!

Very nice and cozy villa located in a dream place with the best possible access to the beach, restaurants and many other attractions. At the same time it is very calm and relaxing location. The villa itself is traditional and modern at the same time. High quality interior, great pool and grill are just perfect fit for the holidays of your dreams. Hospitality of the host was simply amazing (since we are coffee lovers they have put new espresso machine to satisfy our expectations).

What an amazing stay we had! The villa is spacious, clean and comfortable. We appreciated details; we really liked kitchen was well equipped, the sunbeds and shadow outside, beautiful trees around. The location is perfect- 5 min walk to the Zlatni Rat beach and a 20 min walk to the city center. Bol is an amazing town! The only things that could see improvement is the lack of wardrobe in ond of the three bedrooms and no shower outside. Thank you and we will be back!

The villa has everything you need for a perfect family beach holiday: 1. Perfect and beautiful spot (Bol / Zlatni Rat) 2. walking distance to Zlatni Rat (maybe 200-300m and you are at “the beach”). This villa is as close as you can get!! We could easily manage to walk with our 3 boys (6y, 4y and 1,5y) and all the beach accessories needed. 3. Nice bars and a cosy food court with stands where you can get anything you and your kids might need. 4.villa exterior: great pool, nice terrace, 2 beautiful big trees spending shade and olive trees around the villa. 5. Pine trees around the coast until the beach makes it a really nice and special beach with natural shade!! 6. Nice esplanade between Zlatni Rat and Bol center with playing grounds, bars and restaurants. About 2km walk. 7. Villa interior: The villa itself is well equipped and has enough space for a family of six. Nothing fancy but very cosy. It felt like home. 8. Last but not least Ines and Aron are very nice and fair hosts. We were meant to come in August 2020 but Covid travel warnings for Croatia just were announced a week before. Ines kindly gave us a voucher for 2021 which we highly appreciated and don’t take for granted! Thanks again….

Villa Zlatni Rat is simply perfect. You literally cannot stay any closer to Zlatni Rat, and with a pool, grill, and ample outdoor seating, there is no shortage of things to do for adults and children. The walk to Bol is about 20 mins and there's numerous playgrounds for children and bars for adults along the way. We will definitely return here, we'll never stay anywhere else in Bol/Zlatni Rat again. Date of arrival - 21 May 2021

The house is perfect for spending time in our beloved Bol, as it offers all the luxury you need and keeps the charm and energy of traditional dalmatian house. I cannot describe in words the satisfaction of a villa in the Zlatni rat. You have to come in this beautiful villa with chrystal clean pool, where everything in perfectly clean.
