Luxury villa Holiday Residence with heated pool and jacuzzi in Omis

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa in Stanići (RP L7). From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The hosts were incredibly friendly, communication was fast and easy, and booking directly with them was simple. They were also very flexible about our late arrival, which we really appreciated. The villa itself exceeded all of our expectations. We have been booking accommodations through Airbnb and Booking.com for many years, and I can honestly say that we have never stayed in a property that was this exceptionally clean. It was spotless in every single room. Considering the price, you naturally expect a high standard, but unfortunately we’ve stayed in expensive places before that were not as clean, comfortable, or well maintained. This villa was on another level. The view is simply breathtaking. We spent so much time enjoying the beautiful scenery, the swimming pool, and the outdoor areas. The entire house feels luxurious, comfortable, safe, and incredibly well looked after. We truly felt at home from the very first moment. Another thing we loved was how well equipped the villa is. We were a group of nine people, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook large family meals. The hosts are very generous with the amenities. Normally, I bring basic supplies such as sugar, salt, and other kitchen essentials because many holiday homes provide almost nothing. Here, everything was already available. We were even welcomed with fresh fruit and bottles of water in the refrigerator, which was such a thoughtful surprise and something we have honestly never experienced before. Whenever we needed something, the response was immediate. On the second day I asked if it would be possible to have an extra mirror for the bedroom and an additional drying rack. Within about ten minutes both had been delivered. That level of service was truly impressive. To make our stay even more special, on our final day the hosts surprised us with a homemade cake. It was such a warm and personal gesture that perfectly reflects how they make their guests feel. You don’t feel like you’re renting a holiday home—you genuinely feel at home. If I really have to mention a few minor points for improvement, they are honestly very small compared to everything this villa offers. The sun loungers by the pool could be more comfortable. The cushions are quite thin, making them less comfortable for spending long afternoons relaxing by the pool. The two upstairs bedrooms can only be accessed from the outside staircase. This wasn’t a major problem, but it does mean you have to go outside if you’ve forgotten something downstairs. If you’re wearing a bathrobe or sleepwear, it can feel a little uncomfortable because neighbouring properties have a view of the outdoor walkway. Although the beach is indeed only about 150 metres away, guests should know that reaching it involves quite a lot of steep stairs. If you’re fit, it’s absolutely manageable, but people with limited mobility or poor fitness may find it challenging. In that case, it may be easier to drive to another nearby beach with easier access. Finally, a few small practical suggestions: we missed having an ironing board, and the kitchen could benefit from a few more good-quality sharp knives, as there were only a couple available. These are genuinely the only things we could think of, and they are very minor compared to the overall experience. Without hesitation, we would rate this villa 10 out of 10. It is one of the most beautiful, clean, comfortable, and best-equipped holiday homes we have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing holiday with spectacular views and exceptionally kind hosts. We would love to come back.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful and everything we hoped it would be and more. The hosts were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help make our stay so enjoyable. In fact none of us wanted to leave when the week was up. I would say you need a car to get to Omis and explore a bit, but we did spend more time in the villa than we anticipated as it was so well appointed and had everything we needed.

We had an amazing holiday at the villa! The property is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, with a fantastic pool and breathtaking sea views. Staying here allowed us to explore the charming towns of Omiš and Split, with their lovely cafés and lively atmosphere. We rented a boat for daily excursions to Hvar – the beaches, crystal-clear water, and stunning scenery were simply unforgettable. The villa had everything we needed – truly, everything was perfect!
