Villa Kaprije is a luxury family villa on the peaceful island of Kaprije, offering four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a private swimming pool for up to eight guests. Spread across three levels – the ground floor, first floor and second floor – the villa is located just 20 metres from the sea, approximately 200 metres from the beach, and only 350 metres from the centre of Kaprije.

To the left of the main entrance, guests will find a spacious terrace with a private swimming pool, sun deck and loungers. Beside the pool is an outdoor dining area, while a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue is located just beyond it. An outdoor shower and storage space are also available.

The ground floor is furnished in a contemporary Mediterranean style, combining clean design with practical living spaces. A fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining area with seating for eight guests, while the living room features a comfortable sofa, TV and fireplace.
