This amazing villa built in 2017 is surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery and it is accessible only by a private road so it offers maximum privacy during your stay.

Upon arrival at the property of this Croatian rental villa Calma with total privacy via macadam road, the first thing you will notice is a spacious terrace with a large pool (25 m2), surrounded by pine trees and all kinds of flowers for full privacy. The entire terrace area is fully fenced. Also here you can find a sun deck area, lounge chairs and sun umbrella. This is a perfect place for enjoying the warm rays of the sun, surrounded by Mediterranean plants. There are also two small cafe tables with accompanying chairs, ideal for drinking morning café while listening to birdsong. Here you can also find a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table for 8 people, ideal for spending summer nights while enjoying some of the most known Dalmatian delicacies, prepared on the traditional stone grill.

From the terrace, we enter the carefully arranged living/dining room with comfortable sofas, LCD TV and a wooden dining table table for 8 people. This area opens onto an outside terrace, bringing fresh air and natural light into the room. There is also a fully equipped professional kitchen on this floor where guests can prepare delicious Dalmatian dishes. On the ground floor, there is also one of four bedrooms with one single bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Here is also a guest’s toilet.

The ground floor is connected to the first floor by an elegant internal staircase. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and they share a terrace with a partial sea view and a café table. The third one has two single beds that can be used as a double bed. Here you can also find an extra folding bed for one person. The basement is equipped with two air-conditioning units where you can find table tennis, all kinds of toys for children, a children’s playhouse, a children’s table, children’s board.
