Luxury villa Magic is located on a property with a total area of 448 m2 and the villa itself extends over two floors with a total area of 150 m2: ground floor and first floor. It also has a large pool (24 m2), sundeck area, outdoor fireplace and outdoor shower.

Arriving at the property of villa Magic , you will find a beautifully designed stone house with magnificently landscaped exterior that is enriched with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Climbing the stairs from the road leading to the villa the first thing you will see is the amazing pergola terrace with outdoor dining table for 8 people, ideal for spending summer nights while enjoying in some of the most known Dalmatian delicacies, prepared on the traditional stone grill. A special feature of this property is the 24 m2 swimming pool with a sun deck, lounge chairs and sun umbrella. Here, you will be able to enjoy the warm rays of the sun, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, spices and palm trees for maximum privacy. Before you enter in this beautiful villa you will find a seating area, perfect for drinking morning café in the shade of palm trees, while enjoying in the sound of birdsong.
The entire villa is Magic decorated in old massive furniture from the early 19th century Biedermeier style which will take you to the ancient world of our ancestors. The smell of the past can be felt on the wood itself. The first floor of the villa, which is also the villa’s main floor, consists of a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge/dining area is connected with pergola terrace by a glass door. Also this area in enriched by a large south oriented window which, besides offering a lot of natural light, offers an amazing view of crystal clear sea. Also on this floor you can find a guest toilet and three of four bedrooms. All three bedrooms are equipped with air-condition, king size beds and en suite bathrooms with bathtubs.
The first and second floor are connected by the wood stairs. On the second floor of villa Magic is located master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom is the largest bedroom and it is equipped with LCDTV, large closet and extendable sofa for two people. Also it has roof window that provides a lot of lights during the day, while during the night you can enjoy in an amazing view of celestial light show.
Luxury villa Magic is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, Hi-Fi stereo and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with stove with 4 ceramic heaters, oven: refrigerator with freezer, toaster, washer, microwave, filter coffee machine, mixer and kettle. Also villa has ironing board, garden furniture, deck chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue, cot and high chair (upon request). Guests have at their disposal a famous sstrategy board game - chess and table tennis. The villa also has parking for its guests.
