Upon arrival at the private parking lot, you will find garage parking, and the villa can be accessed via stairs on the right side of the building, leading to the main entrance. The main entrance takes you to the living area with a living room, sofa, TV, an indoor fireplace, storage space, and one of the bedrooms located on the ground floor, next to the playroom, which includes a foosball table, TV, Sony PlayStation, and a sofa. The fully air-conditioned bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, work desk, a balcony with outdoor seating, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, towels, a hairdryer, and heating. The bedroom’s balcony overlooks the garden. Glass doors from the living room lead to the sunny outdoor terrace with a pool, seating area, and sun loungers.
