The outdoor area features a large infinity swimming pool of 70 m2 with sea views, a spacious sun deck with loungers and a covered summer gazebo with barbecue and an outdoor dining table. Guests also have access to the villa’s private beach, offering a peaceful setting for enjoying the Adriatic Sea.
The villa has recently expanded its leisure facilities and now also offers a private hot tub, outdoor gym, billiard room with a pool table and private home cinema, providing additional options for relaxation and entertainment throughout the stay.
