Luxurious and modern villa Valens Residence is the first villa in Croatia where and from which everything is of Croatian origin, this gorgeous Villa with pool for vacation in Croatia Valens Residence was named after the Roman emperor Valens who was born in Slavonia, more precisely in Vinkovci in the 4th century.
Arriving at the property of the luxury villa for rent in Istria Valens Residence, the first thing you will notice is the circular access road in the middle of which grows an olive tree, a symbol of peace and eternity. Parking for vehicles of guests of the holiday home is covered with a pergola and jasmine is planted around it. The main entrance door of Valens Residence, made of Croatian leach over 50 years old, is 2.85 m high and is carved with ornaments and wrought iron details.

The living room and dining room are connected by a large stone wall in which there is a double-sided fireplace. In the living room, all the furniture is from Vinkovci and the table is a combination of Istria and Slavonia because the Slavonian oak is drowned in Istrian stone. In the living room there is a library with more than 150 books by Croatian writers translated into foreign languages so you can read Glembays in Dutch, The Return of Filip Latinovicz in Hungarian or Judith in French. Within the library there is an ingeniously fitted door behind which is hidden a toilet and one bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.
From the ground floor you can reach the basement and the first floor because they are connected by an attractive wooden staircase. In the basement there is a small corner for relaxation. In this part there is a gym with exercise equipment and a sauna and raindrop shower, the perfect way to relax after a workout. In the second part of the cellar there is a billiard table, a gallery of paintings by famous Croatian painters Vlaho Bukovac and Slava Raškaj and a wine cellar with famous Croatian wines such as Ilok and Istrian wines, and Croatian craft beers. What makes the wine cellar so special is the fact that the table and shelves are made of 25-year-old Slavonian walnut, which was family owned by the owner of the villa, and thus gives a little touch of Slavonia in Istria.

On the first floor there are spacious and comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower and a large balcony created to soak up the sun in the Istrian nature.
