The rental villa has three floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the loft. It is surrounded by an enchanting garden with a pool, sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area.

In the front part of the courtyard, there is a swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing and a table with chairs for socializing and resting, where you can relax listening to the crickets and watching the play of waves and sea foam.m In the back part, you can enjoy the preparation of Dalmatian specialties on the outdoor fireplace. In this part of the manor, in addition to the outdoor grill, there is also a dining room in the open air, in the shade, which allows for a pleasant stay in the open air even on the hottest summer days, as well as a guest toilet.

From the beautiful garden, you will enter a central anteroom area of the ground floor of the rental villa – the so-called Saloca. Left to this room is the living room decorated in a romantic style with paintings and furniture that create an idyllic ambience. The dining room and kitchen are located on the right of the Saloca.

All the rooms are connected. The living room and dining room are located on the south, and the kitchen on the north side of the house. All areas have an exit to the garden and to the beautiful stone terraces. The kitchen has access to the northern part of the garden, where the barbecue and outdoor dining area are located.

A newly built spacious bathroom with designer elements and in-floor heating, a storage room with a washing machine and a pantry are also located on the ground floor.

Stone stairs lead to the first floor of this beachfront villa. This space is intended for sleeping and resting in a Mediterranean ambiance. On this floor, there are 4 bedrooms. Outside these rooms, you will find a small and pleasant lounge area that exits to the balcony with a beautiful wrought iron fence. The balcony offers a view of the magnificent blue sea and garden with palm trees and a bougainvillea tree. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and two have twin beds.
