Luxury villa Destiny Ciovo by the sea with pool and sauna has a total of four floors: ground floor, first, second, and third floor. On the ground floor, there is parking for two cars and a large heated 44m2 infinity pool. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped indoor summer kitchen connected to a wine cellar, a dining area, and a living room with a terrace featuring a jacuzzi. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and a sauna.
On the first floor of the villa, there are three luxurious en-suite double bedrooms with king-size beds, underfloor heating, LCD TVs, and Wi-Fi Internet.
The second floor features four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers, while the third floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is a separate bathroom with a jacuzzi and a lounge area for relaxation that includes a sauna, shower, WC, and a comfortable king-size bed.

On the left side, you enter the villa to access the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor, you can park your vehicle in the villa’s private parking area (2 vehicles). Right next to it is the outdoor heated pool with six sun loungers. The ground floor of the villa also features a fully equipped indoor summer kitchen, a dining room, and a private wine cellar connected to the summer kitchen. Next to the kitchen, there is a bathroom with a shower. Exiting the kitchen, stairs lead you behind the house to the entrance to the first floor, where the dining table and living room are located. A glass door leads from the living room to the outdoor terrace and jacuzzi. Next to the living room is one of the three double bedrooms, which has access to the terrace with the jacuzzi. A private bathroom with a shower is located on the other side of the living room, next to the kitchen. On the same floor are the remaining double bedrooms with king-size beds, underfloor heating, and en-suite bathrooms, one of which features a jacuzzi. The villa also includes a sauna and a Turkish bath. Each room is equipped with an LCD SMART TV and has access to high-speed internet. Additionally, each room has its own terrace, and the terraces on the south and west sides offer a stunning sea view.
The entrance to the second and third floors of the villa is on the right side of the house, extending from the parking area (3 spaces). A few steps lead you to the outdoor 21m2 heated pool and the door leading to the stairs for the second floor, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds, balconies, TVs, underfloor heating, and Wi-Fi internet.
Indoor stairs lead you to the third and final floor, where you will find an air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen with an island. The kitchen is outfitted with an induction cooktop, built-in hood, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, ice maker with cold water, Julius Meinl capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender, and kettle. The kitchen is stocked with basic seasonings like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and coffee capsules. Upon arrival, a basket of fresh fruit will await you, perfect for enjoying a healthy snack with your morning coffee or tea.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cutlery and cooking utensils, and in the kitchen bar, you'll find glasses for all types of drinks and cocktails, so you can fully relax with a glass of fine wine or a refreshing cocktail. This floor also features a dining table for 6 to 12 people, as well as a spacious air-conditioned living room with underfloor heating, comfortable sofas, and a SMART LCD TV. From the living room, glass walls open onto a beautiful south-facing terrace with a sea view, furnished with comfortable sofas for outdoor enjoyment.
