You can choose between Andro Tomić, who played a key role in protecting the Prošek brand during Croatian European integrations, or Ivan Duboković, whose Jelsa cellar offers an intimate and boutique tasting experience.

For enthusiasts of organic wines, a visit to the local cooperative PZ Svirce awaits, leading the production of organic wines. Here, you can taste Ivan Dolac Barrique, an organic wine that has won double gold in Germany.
