From there, you'll embark on a stroll to the unique cooking venue, located just steps away.

Under the expert guidance of the renowned chef, you'll immerse yourself in the art of Dalmatian cooking, learning traditional techniques and preparing a mouthwatering feast. Together, you'll craft a delectable lunch featuring a variety of dishes showcasing the finest local seafood, vegetables, fruits, and spices. From succulent carpaccio to fragrant risotto and hearty fish stew, each dish will reflect the flavors and traditions of the Adriatic coast.

Throughout the class, our chef will share insider tips, culinary secrets, and stories behind each recipe, ensuring an enriching and memorable experience. And fear not – if there are any special dietary requirements or allergies, simply let us know in advance, and we'll tailor the menu to accommodate your needs. Gluten-free options are also available upon request.

Your culinary journey begins as our esteemed chef personally greets you at a location of your choice, following a delightful visit to the green and fish market. Here, you'll be treated to a special welcome snack, followed by a tantalizing tasting session featuring up to five carefully selected brandies and grappas, alongside a guided exploration of exquisite Croatian olive oils.

As lunchtime approaches, indulge in a curated selection of five distinct Dalmatian wines, thoughtfully paired with specially crafted courses, each highlighting the region's rich culinary heritage.

Oil Academy: Delve into the intricate world of olive oil through a guided tasting featuring artisanal producers from the Dalmatian islands and hinterland. Discover the rich history of olive oil production in the region, as you sample organic, indigenous extra virgin olive oils, including monosort varieties and unique blends infused with lemon, lavender, and herbs. Explore the extraordinary terroir of Dalmatia's olive groves, with over a million olive trees gracing a single island. Learn how to elevate salads, fish dishes, and bread with the liquid gold of Dalmatia.

Wine Academy: Embark on a sensory journey through the wines of the region, beginning with the illustrious Zlatarica, followed by Pošip, the world-renowned Crljenak (the ancestor of Zinfandel originating from the Split area), the iconic Plavac mali, celebrated for its robust flavors across the terroirs of Pelješac, Brač, Hvar, and Komarna, and the exquisite dessert wine, Prošek. Explore additional treasures such as Kujundžuša, Debit, Vugava, Grk, Plavka, and Babić. The Wine Academy seamlessly integrates into the entire cooking class experience, from the welcome snack onwards. It's customary to pair the dishes prepared and served during the class with carefully selected or preferred wines.
