It is spread over three floors (ground floor, first and second floor) that gently combine a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, a toilet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and is suitable for accommodation of 10-12 people.

From the parking lot, after a few steps, you reach the main entrance through the high doors of the villa, which leads you into the air-conditioned living area with high ceilings, where there is an elegantly located kitchen equipped with a stove, hood, large refrigerator with cold water, ice maker and freezer, kettle, espresso coffee machine with capsules, mixer, blender, juicer and toaster, cutlery and drinks; dining room with dining table, living room with sofa and large LCD SMART TV, and a toilet.

Arriving on the second floor of the luxurious villa Manera, you will discover a south-facing air-conditioned Master room with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an LCD SMART TV. This room has a south-facing balcony with seating, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee with a beautiful view of the sea. On the same floor there are two more double rooms, each equipped with LCD SAT TV. The bathroom with shower and underfloor heating is located in the corridor of the second floor, providing additional comfort to all guests.
