The main entrance opens into a spacious, fully air-conditioned living room, with a comfortable sofa, LCD TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, a dining area with a dining table for 6 to 8 people, and a modern kitchen. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and cutlery.

Large glass sliding doors open into a spacious patio equipped with a 28m2 outdoor heated pool, comfortable deck chairs, sun shades and a gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying a summer lunch with family and friends. If you prefer to leave cooking to the professionals, you can always hire our professional cooking team (chef and waiter) to prepare delicious Dalmatian specialties for you and your loved ones.

The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and towels. This level also houses a game room with a TV/DVD setup, lounge chairs and arcade games.

With its own fully equipped kitchen, it can function as a fully separate unit, rather than just an additional bedroom.
