Luxury Villa Korcula Timeless with private garden is a truly unique house with a carefully landscaped garden full of Mediterranean plants and trees. This stone single-storey house is located on a plot of 4800 m2, which is designed as three separate areas: a large cultivated garden around the house, a relaxation and entertainment area with a 30 m2 swimming pool, and an area behind the pool and olive grove where cypress trees were planted 40 years ago. The villa is located only 40m from the sea in the Žrnovska Banja bay and 3km from the centre of Korčula.
The construction of the house was started by the owner's grandfather, who worked with the famous Croatian sculptor Ivan Meštrović for many years. Each piece of stone was processed by hand, and the construction phases themselves lasted for generations, so this villa is truly a story about one family and represents a part of history.
The spacious plot and landscaped garden provide not only space for relaxation, but also privacy and an intimate atmosphere that will give you true peace. The artworks that are an integral part of this house further complete a unique story. There is also a hammock in the garden, so you can find a moment for yourself if you want to be alone. The covered area with a fireplace and a peka is ideal for socializing. Our private team (chef and waiter) is at your disposal, who can prepare various specialties for you for an additional fee.
In the Žrnovo area, you can find several restaurants: Konoba Belin, which offers local Dalmatian cuisine such as lamb under a peka. Restaurant Gera, which is by the sea, offers seafood, grilled fish and local wine. Konoba Maslina offers risotto and seafood. In Korčula, there is LD Restaurant, with a Michelin recommendation, which offers a modern version of Dalmatian cuisine. Restaurant Filippi on the city walls is ideal for a romantic dinner.
In Žrnovo, as in Korčula, you have numerous activities at your disposal: swimming and diving, SUP, kayaking, walks along the seashore or cycling, visiting the birthplace of Marco Polo, sightseeing of the city walls or wine tours around the island – and wine tasting with wines such as Pošip and Grk, with visits to wineries in Lumbarda and Čara. You can also go on boat trips to Pelješac, Vis or Lastovo.
Luxury Villa Korcula Timeless offers accommodation for 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, a hairdryer and luxury shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all household appliances, a kitchen table for 6 people, underfloor heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private parking for 2-3 cars and a mooring for a boat up to 7 meters long, which is included in the price. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome package.
The access road leads you to the villa, and on the right side, just before the main entrance, you’ll see a garage with space for one vehicle. In front, there is outdoor parking with one or two open-air parking spaces (depending on the size of the vehicle). The iron entrance gate is located at the bottom of the stone staircase that leads up to the main entrance of the villa.
The main entrance of this single-storey villa opens into the living room, which features a TV, a seating area, air conditioning, and a wood-burning fireplace that adds extra charm to the space. The villa has 3 bedrooms, two of which are located to the left and right of the main entrance.
The first of the two rooms includes a queen-size bed, wardrobe, work desk with an extended luggage space, blackout curtains, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. The second room also has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, blackout curtains, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a TV. Each bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, hairdryer, and luxury toiletries. The third bedroom is located in the other part of the house, next to the dining area. It includes a king-size bed, wardrobe, TV, blackout curtains, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. This room has a private bathroom located next to it, which includes a bathtub, shower, towels, hairdryer, and luxury bathroom amenities. Next to this bathroom, there is also a guest toilet.
From the living area, you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which includes all necessary household appliances: stove, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a kitchen table. The kitchen also offers access to the outdoor area and garden.
Surrounding the entire house is a Mediterranean garden filled with herbs and greenery. The area behind the house is designed for relaxation and entertainment, centered around a 30 m² outdoor pool with sun loungers and a large covered terrace. In the covered area, there is a dining table for 8 people, perfect for enjoying Dalmatian specialties prepared on the large stone barbecue (equipped with a grill and peka). Behind the pool and olive grove, you’ll find beautiful cypress trees planted 40 years ago. Among the many amenities the villa offers is a boat mooring for vessels up to 7 meters in length, making it easy to embark on various excursions.
