Luxury villa Korcula Miracul with infinity pool of 50 m2 by the sea, is a newly built Croatian villa for rent located on the southside of the island of Korcula. It is only 10 m away from the sea and the beach and 3 km from the center of Prizba.
Being the sixth largest island in Croatia and the second most populated, Korcula is a very famous destination among tourists because of its pristine sea and sandy beaches. However, the island also has an interesting historical background which makes it even more attractive for potential visitors. Except for its relaxing nature and sea, Korcula also has a rich gastronomic offer and the visitors can experience local cuisine and try some of the best Croatian white wines made from the grapes cultivated in numerous vineyards accross the island. The village of Prizba is situated on the south coast of Korcula, in the proximity of Brna and Vela Luka consisting of two smaller peninsulas: Ratak and Priscapanac. Prizba is ideal for exploring nature and enjoying the pebble and sandy beaches this charming little place has to offer. The island of Korcula is connected with the mainland through the port of Vela Luka and offers regular ferry and catamaran rides to Split, but also to the islands of Lastovo and Hvar.
This rental villa on Korcula is spread over 500 m2 of living space and is located on a property with a total area of 1 000 m2. The villa consists of three floors, ground floor, first floor and second floor and an annex which consists of a gym with a shower. All floors are connected by stairs.

In addition to the swimming pool, this attractive terrace of 200 m2 also has three deck chairs perfect for relaxing on hot summer days, comfortable outdoor seating and a large wooden dining table suitable for preparing and tasting the specialties of the local cuisine of the island of Korčula. Next to the large swimming pool, there is also an outdoor shower, parasols and designer outdoor lights of the Vibia brand to make it easier for you to prepare the evening barbecue. The terrace, as well as the entire villa, is surrounded by gardens with indigenous Mediterranean plants, olives and lemon trees, which not only contribute to the aesthetics but also provide guests with privacy.
That spacious terrace is separated from the kitchen, dining room and living room only by large glass sliding doors, due to which the entire space is illuminated during the day. Upon entering the kitchen, which is fully equipped with top-quality Miele appliances, the large kitchen island immediately catches our eye, spacious enough to prepare and enjoy various delicacies, yet impressive enough to be part of this special villa by the sea. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room with a striking dining table by the famous designer Draenert, where you can easily prepare dinner for 12 people. Above the dining table, there is a chandelier by designer Lindsay Adelman – Agnes to complete the experience. After a delicious dinner, you can relax in the living room on a comfortable and spacious sofa by the famous designer Michel Ducaroy – Togo with a large 75-inch Smart TV. During your vacation, you will be surrounded by extraordinary masterpieces by the famous Spanish painter Maru, which will make your stay in this rental villa even more unforgettable. In addition to the kitchen, dining room and living room, there is also one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this floor.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with a spacious terrace and a sofa designed by Francesco Binfaré where you can relax with a glass of wine or read your favorite book before going to bed. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the room also has a bathtub from which guests also have a view of the sea.
The second floor is divided into three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in shower, so that guests can enjoy their privacy as undisturbed as possible. Each room has comfortable king-size beds that make a vacation in this beautiful pool villa even more inviting.
In addition to all of the above, guests also have the option of using the private gym located on the top floor of this spacious villa for rent on Korcula, where they can attend private yoga classes with surcharge to relax the brain, not just the body.
