It was built in 2018 on a spacious property with a panoramic view of the sea in the distance and diverse Mediterranean plants and autochthonous Istrian olive groves, which provide a sense of peace and privacy. The nearest sandy beach is only 7 km away.

Kastelir is a small village in the municipality of Kastelir-Labinci in the northwest of Istria, 10 km from the city of Porec. It stands out for the production of wine, olive oil, honey, potatoes and other vegetables, so you will certainly be able to enjoy tasting original local products if you decide to visit this charming place. Nearby is the Mirna river with well-maintained bicycle paths, ideal for activity enthusiasts and those looking for adventure in nature. In addition to the fact that it has the option of heating at an additional cost and with prior notice, this pool is also specific in that it has a built-in waterfall. At the edges of the yard, large mirror panels are placed that reflect the exterior of the villa, and because of them, the entire property seems even more impressive and luxurious. In addition to the pool with sun loungers, the spacious terrace has two outdoor dining tables with chairs and outdoor seating and a wood-burning grill in the back yard. Next to the outdoor dining table is a large glass sliding wall that separates the sunny terrace from the interior of the villa.
