Upon arrival at the private parking of this luxury villa with a 32m2 private pool, you can see the main entrance to the house on your left. Further down this side of the house, you can also see a spiral staircase leading to the roof patio with sun loungers. Right next to the private parking area there is a utility room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and cleaning supplies.
As you come in through the main entrance, you can see the fully air-conditioned living room with the luxurious sofa, an LCD SAT TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood fireplace. Further ahead there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, coffee machine, freezer, and a dining table with 6 seats.
