Luxury Villa Supreme Sutivan, with an infinity pool, is a fabulous luxury villa, which is situated just 10 meters from the pebble beach and 1 km from the center of Sutivan, on the fabled island of Brac.
On the island of Brac, the largest Croatian island of olive groves and marble, you will find the small, fairy tale-like sleepy town of Sutivan. Here, there is no hustle and bustle, so visitors have the opportunity to relax and take in the peaceful atmosphere of idyllic local life, while enjoying the real, authentic tastes, smells and colors of Dalmatia.
The property of Luxury Villa Supreme Sutivan extends to an area of 704 m2 and the surface of the villa itself has an area of 200 m2. The villa consists of the ground floor and first floor, with a section reserved for recreation and relaxation as well as a gym and sauna.
Villa Supreme Sutivan offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The villa is suitable accommodation for 6-8 persons.
On the ground floor of Villa Supreme Sutivan,you will find a breathtaking terrace with an infinity swimming pool equipped with a hydro massage and a unique view of the sea. Next to the pool is a sun deck with lounge chairs. At the same terrace, there is a beautiful, covered outdoor dining area consisting of a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a barbecue and ice-maker, and a large dining set. It is this part of the terrace that is ideal for summer fun, as you can enjoy the best Dalmatian specialties and create unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
Large glass sliding doors connect the outdoor terrace with the interior of the ground floor of the villa. On the ground floor, there is a spacious, contemporary living room with a sofa and TV, a dining room with a dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
On the ground floor, there are a guest toilet and a bedroom. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, TV, en suite bathroom and its own garden terrace with a table and chairs, which is an ideal place for a morning cup of coffee or summer reading. This room is also equipped with a sofa that can be used as comfortable sleeping accommodation for one or two children.
The first floor of this luxury villa is designed as an oasis for sleep and relaxation. On this floor, you will find two bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a terrace. On the terrace, there is outdoor seating where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Luxury Villa Supreme Sutivan has a special section reserved for recreation and relaxation.In this area, there are a gym, sauna and toilet. The contents of this villa add to its exclusivity as a holiday villa and complete a real vacation. Exiting this area for recreation, you will come across a courtyard that leads to the pebble beach, located right outside, in front of the villa. In the courtyard, you will also find an outdoor shower.

For our guests we have: pre stocking service; daily stocking service;luxury welcome package upon arrival which includes champagne and 3 bottles of wine; one rich dinner during the week at the request of the guest with a fish or meat menu with all drinks and dessert; daily maintenance of villas and estates; laundry and ironing services; transfer from Split airport to the villa and vice versa - 1 van (8 pax), and other sweet surprises of our cook. Our staff also provides concierge services according to your wishes at an additional cost , they organize for you a variety of tours, excursions, boat rentals, massages, pedicures and manicures, event reservations, yoga trainers, etc.
